How fast can you get a home photo-ready?

Timing depends on the service and provider availability. Single-service jobs such as a clean, cleanout, or curb appeal refresh are often easier to schedule quickly than multi-service requests.

Do I have to book all four services?

No. Each service is handled independently and has its own dedicated phone line. You can contact one provider line or submit several service requests for the same property.

Who pays — the realtor, the seller, or the brokerage?

Payment is handled by the independent provider completing the service. Ask the relevant provider line whether they can bill the agent, seller, brokerage, or another approved arrangement.

What if the seller is still living in the home?

Many providers can work around occupied properties, limited access windows, and showing schedules. Include those details when you call or submit the form so the right provider can confirm fit.

Are you insured?

Requirements vary by provider and service type. Ask the relevant line for insurance, WSIB, and certificate details before work begins.
